Lisa Kissler, broker associate

Lisa Kissler specializes in the Denver foothills communities within the cities of Evergreen and Golden, Colorado. She lived for 13 years in Genesee and recently made a move to Evergreen with her husband and 3 children. "I am an excellent source for buyers with children," said Lisa, "but I enjoy working with sellers as well, as that's when I get to put my marketing background to work."

Lisa is a 20-year resident of Colorado and a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder. Lisa's background and experience make the perfect match for her position as a Real Estate Broker. She is an expert in property marketing via the internet and frequently consults with businesses on how to maximize their web presence. Her web marketing experience dates back to 1994, when she founded the travel website SummitNet.com, the very first vacation lodging website for visitors planning ski vacations to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone. Her training in sales and marketing came from corporate roots, as Lisa worked for both U S WEST and Xerox in a sales manager capacity.

Lisa believes in personal service for her clients, and likes talking with her clients almost daily. This comes naturally for Lisa, a communications major, who insists on being in touch all the way through the real estate process. "No matter how many real estate transactions a person has had, it can be a stressful time. My goal is to take away as much of the stress as possible," said Lisa.

When she's not working, Lisa enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and hiking. She also stays busy attending the sporting and musical events of her 3 children.

Nancy presently holds the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation and is a certified luxury home specialist. Working with people and exceeding their expectations is key to Nancy's business approach, and she receives a great amount of satisfaction from being a "matchmaker" and helping people realize their dreams.

Nan Smith, broker associate

Nan is a transplant from the state of Kansas. After graduating from college with a degree in elementary education, she bought her first car, packed up and moved to New Mexico. Nan's first real job was teaching 5th grade on the Zuni Indian reservation-that was quite an education plus cultural shock. Nan's experience ranges from teaching to account representative, step mom, docent at the Albuquerque zoo and finally real estate sales person. In the 1990’s Nan became an older first time mom. After her daughter, Anna, started school, Nan went back to work. Since her sales license had expired Nan went back to school to earn her brokers license. It was right after 9/11 that Nan restarted her real estate career and she has been a full timer ever since. Nan is working toward her GRI and is continually upgrading her skills. Her experience includes the areas of Conifer, Morrison, Bailey, Gilpin county, and Ft. Collins. Nan called Colorado Springs, Golden, Ft. Collins, and Evergeen home. Nan has lived in Evergreen for 10 years and is slowly building a custom home. Moving is not fun but when Nan is house hunting with buyers, she makes sure they have a good time. Nan prides herself in doing a lot of initial footwork to help save time and not waste the buyers’ time. Nan believes that when you list with our team, it will be a very positive experience. The Re/Max "Home" Teams has a quiver full of marketing tools and they use what ever it takes to market and sell your home.
